1. How can businesses smooth the transition of reopening their business in the coming weeks or months?
First, we still need to follow the protocol of handwashing and sanitize all incoming mails/deliveries for some time. The company will try to provide hand sanitizer and face masks to our colleagues for them to stay safe. Also, we will encourage employees to practice social distance and work from home if possible.
2. What are the differences between business operations pre and post-COVID and what is your advice to small businesses adapting to the new normal?
For small business, this might be an opportunity to upgrade online operation system. On one hand it helps the business in similar situation when we have to work from home again. On the other hand, it helps business to improve efficiency.
